What are you good at? That could be what you struggle with.

They are things that doesn’t come naturally to you.

You know what your are good at? Breathing, walking, thinking, etc

Why didn’t you mention those as your strengths? Because they come naturally. You didn’t even have to think about them.

I see this all the time.

I often ask this question to a group.

It’s hilarious seeing people’s reaction when someone shares their strength.

It’s like “Really?! The thing you’ve been annoying us is your strengths?”

Bottom line, what you think as your strength could be what you are making others difficult. It could be the thing that you are struggling with.

Knowing that could be your strengths.
