We commonly make the mistake that we are all grown up and we have all the rights to command our child. But if you think about it, it’s only been few years since we were kids. Have we learnt so much since then?

Key point is to acknowledge that you are also “Little Older Kid”, and work with your children. Grow up together (Not try to teach and command). Your child needs a companion as much as a teacher.
